Rotor Restack
We can restack your existing rotor with new electrical steel laminations, short circuit rings, rotor bars, balance rings, and can (if applicable). This returns the rotor electrical performance back to the original design. If there is a site need for performance change, we can modify the rotor design, including changing starting torque.
Thrust Bearing
We can replace and rebuild your entire thrust bearing, including thrust pads, seat, and thrust disc, and we offer upgrades to the latest bearing materials. Stator Rewind
To extend motor life, we can rewind the stator of your existing submersible motor. We use the latest winding cable material (XLPE) to ensure homogeneity of the insulation system, and improve reliability, compactness, and performance. Our cable restraining method reduces movement and fretting of insulation, for increased reliability.
- Re-rate Motor: Power upgrades available

Stator Restack

Internal Joints
Our pressure retaining glands are designed for the cable exit area to ensure mechanical integrity and safety of the gland exit. We use:
- HT XLPE injected molded joint is a high-voltage, high-integrity joint formed around a mechanical ferrule that is tested via X-ray

Mechanical Seal
Our highest-quality mechanical seal features a cartridge design that is built as a fixed component, interfacing as one with the shaft, and is an intrinsic fit to the motor. This provides an 8+ year lifespan to the mechanical seal.
Header Tank
A header tank can be retrofitted to replace your standard diaphragm system. This prevents seawater ingress to the pump and motor while providing a visual indication of any leaks.

Wear Rings
Wear rings on pump impellers and cases should be replaced during repairs and overhauls. New wear rings ensure there are the proper clearances with mating rings to maintain the pump’s performance, efficiency, and proper bearing loading, which will result in longer bearing and sleeve life. Severely worn wear rings are generally a result of the pump’s bearings having excessive wear or failed. Shaft Sleeves
Upgrading shaft sleeves to our chrome-plated sleeves or hardened material sleeves will help increase pump run time.
